Reflection, broadening perspective, increasing ones options for progress, and gaining valuable insight to a more powerful engagement with oneself, one’s colleagues and one’s organisation are some of the many benefits of coaching.
I have worked one-to-one with executives and sports professionals for over 10 years in increasing personal effectiveness in the leadership domain. Add to this 20 years leading and managing teams in both the private and public sectors, I bring a wealth of real life experience (the good, the bad and the ugly) to coaching conversations.
My particular areas of focus are:
Character structure and personality
Navigating power, positioning and politics
Overcoming limiting beliefs and behaviours
I tailor the coaching programme according to the needs of my clients. An initial engagement often takes the form of six, two-hour sessions over a six to twelve month period.
I offer a range of options across 60 minute Skype, two hour and half-day face-to-face sessions.
For the more active types who think better while they are moving, there is an option to go walking in the Ochil hill range, which is pretty much outside my front door in Dollar.
